Chicken Salad



Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Serves: 10+

Ingredients

  • 6 cups cooked chopped chicken
  • 16 oz. cooked bowtie pasta
  • ¼ cups chopped green onions
  • 2 cups mayo (not miracle whip)
  • 16 oz. cole slaw dressing
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 2 cups green seedless grapes
  • 2 cups red seedless grapes
  • 2 small fuji apples, chopped
  • 1 small bag slivered almonds



Directions

Bring pasta to a boil, then strain.  In small bowl, combine mayo, pineapple juice (from tidbits), and coleslaw dressing to create dressing.  In large mixing bowl, combine chicken, celery, grapes, apples, green onions, and pineapple tidbits.  Mix well, then combine with pasta and dressing.  Chill in the fridge until serving.  Just before serving, add almond slivers, and mix well.
